The Lisbon City Council approved the draft Local Housing (LH) Regulation, which establishes absolute containment areas and relative containment areas for new registrations.
The number of licensing requests for local accommodation has decreased by 40% nationwide in the first 3 months of this year. In Lisbon, this was the largest drop, around 60%.
