This Monday, July 22, applications for the Programa Regressar have opened. A program that seeks to support the return of all emigrants or Portuguese-descendants who wish to return to work in mainland Portugal.
StartUp Visa is a program aimed at foreign entrepreneurs who want to start an innovative company in Portugal and thereby obtain a residence visa and subsequently a residence permit.

Today was published in Diário da República Decree-Law 80/2019, of 17 June. This Decree-Law amended DL 98/2010 of 26 July and establishes the principles and rules necessary to simplify the free access and exercise of service and establishment activities of any person or company of the European Union within the national territory.
At the end of March 2015, Decree-Law No. 30-A / 2015 of February 27, which allows the granting of Portuguese citizenship to descendants of Sephardic Jews, entered into force.
